Available for adoption ** Layken is a good girl who endured some hard times. She was dumped with a recliner like trash on the side of the road. She was VERY pregnant. We took her in and she delivered 5 healthy babies the following day. Layken can be a little shy and unsure when meeting new people but warms up quickly. She is absolutely wonderful with all other dogs. Very tolerant and submissive with dogs of all sizes. She is house trained and kennel trained. Layken has been thriving in her foster home. They have taught her to sit and shake and she is a much more confident dog since being with them. She was recently at a adoption event where she showed up and showed out! She was so friendly and happy to meet new people. She has been around kids 7 years of age and older and did very well, even allowing them to play with her babies. She was the best mama dog ever. Her babies have all been placed up for adoption and layken has been getting 100% healthy and ready for her new family. Layken is UTD on vaccines including rabies. She was recently treated for heartworms and she is spayed. She is also microchipped. She is a great dog and ready to find the family she deserves. Layken is currently in a foster home here in Shreveport Louisiana. We do adopt often to the Northeast so transport can easily be arranged.
